We are pleased to have co-hosted a learning and engagement session with the Udo Udoma and Belo Osagie, facilitated by Geoff Burgess and Patrick Taylor of Debevoise & Plimpton on the 22nd June 2022. The training, which was focused on Optimising Exit Opportunities and Options for VC and PE Firms, highlighted potential disruptions that could arise from disputes while providing dispute resolution mechanisms that may help avoid exit risks. The lively session included knowledge sharing and insights and contributions from our lively guest audience including the legal and compliance teams of several PEVCA members, UUBO team, and clients.
