The issuance of the Operational Framework for Co-Investment by Pension Fund Administrators to guide the pension fund activity in co-investments is expected to boost investments in the private equity asset class and provide flexibility in the choice of companies that pension funds can invest in. This co-investment framework presents a new opportunity for investing in private equity and seeks to address some of the earlier limitations for investing in the asset class.

PEVCA is partnering with PenOp to put together a workshop for pension funds and PE firms to breakdown the implications of this framework.
